Based on the blurb from the AGM Midatech is really insolvent as the deal has been scuttled,,,so I must ask,,,,,,why was xB3 and Bioasis not given the respect of adding  the greater portion of potential!!!..The whole situation smells of stinky fish,,!!

Think about it,,,its is CLEAR,,,,we were the key for the combination to be worth the risk of placing large dollars on the binary company!!!

bwahahahaha....too funny. so BTI was being bought by a company who was teetering on bankruptcy too? what a disaster this all is.
