  @glenpyle · May 28 3. Spike protein gets in the blood. In small amounts yes. Concentration around 0.3 pM. Kd of ACE2 binding is ~1.5 nM. This means the concentration in blood is 5-fold less than needed to bind ACE2. And that doesn't even consider engineering to limit binding. 2. Spike protein causes damage. It does. But the vaccine spike protein is engineered to stay in the pre-fusion form (https://nature.com/articles/s41586-020-2622-0). This prevents it from fully binding. The above is also from glenpyle....suggests that those who engineered the vaccine appreciated the challenge and engineered to eliminate it. Not suggesting that we've heard the last of this .... ...more

and preventing it from fully binding is a giant uncontrolled experiment. You now have engineered spike proteins axcumulating in different organs with absolutely no understanding of the consequences,.
