RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) serves as the company's financial advisor while Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Quebec and Vancouver are the legal advisors for Bonterra Resources. The company's shareholders include the Quebec Pension Fund - La Caisse de dpt et placement du Qubec along with Wexford Capital, VanEck, Kirkland Gold, MCap Mortgages, and Fidelity Investments. 

Wexford Capital is the largest shareholder at Bonterra Resources. They are expected to revisit their investment once the PEA results are out. Since these board members function as consultants for Wexford, they do not have access to Bonterra Resources' insider information.

Not according to fruit , tsloppy et al ! The Moroy deposit is the most convenient site for obtaining bulk samples through drilling and blasting. It offers a low investment for sellable ounces and the bulk samples have helped generate a positive cash flow.

Iluv, while bulk samples do generate sellable ounces and helps generate positive cash flows. That is not what they are primarly used for. They are used to understanding the geology of the subsurface veins and surrounding rock for more efficient mining. As I said before they already knew what the geology of Moroy is because it's the same vein system for bachelor lake. So now we know they did

Iluv, get it right. I never siad this was a bad investment. I said there is plenty of time to invest here... 2-3 years or so and that there are plenty of beat down more undervalued producing mining companies out there.  Speaking of which, it looks like Tsopranos Gran Columbia (TPRFF) pick might be breaking out of a long consolidation phase today.
