Just when we were having fun OSK is gunna merge with BTR. Way too much of a need to get married in Urban Barry. Dad has purchased a shotgun, the bride is 7 months along, the caterers have been paid, the band is locked down complete with banjo player, the hall is decorated, the groom has heating pads on his feet, the brides two kids are in the wedding party along with the grooms ex-wife. what ever you say tannin ... if you think its over in Urban Barry ? .. best be moving on.  The only way to lose here in this market is the o'l Fruit panic sell. The pain ? ..oh, I have had a few plays that delivered much more pain than this over the years. Oddly enough I ended up making money. You're right sidebet2, angry and venting....still holding BTR, given time, and capital, we'll be ok. The same goofs who turned down OSK offer, without consulting us, could at least show some leadership in the financing dept....if BTR is to avoid massive dilution to finance to production, we need leadership from wexford, they can, with gtte, aid us getting a bank loan at good rate for

Tannin, I can only respond your post as follows. The negotiations that resulted in the news of the buckc sixty offer was with way too many concerns to BTR shareholders. The offer was not presented on friday and held out until Monday. The offer had conditions and more concerns. It was not as described. Management everywhere in every company makes good and bad decisions, can't change that

Fair response sidebet2, thanks. BTR, if we stay independent, has a bright future...MAP rightly focuses on, how to get to future without overly diluting. Do 60% holders have same concern ? Any of them ? MAP's plan will help big time,  but we still need to fund startup.....imho, our 60%, or some of them, or one of them, should be leading to achieve that objective, not sending MAP out to
