Val-d'Or, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - May 30, 2023) - Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSXV: BTR) (OTCQX: BONXF) (FSE: 9BR2) ("Bonterra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce more results from the now completed infill and expansion drilling campaign at the Barry underground project, which holds 0.5 million ounces of Measured and Indicated Mineral resources and 0.7 million ounces of Inferred Mineral resources according to the last mineral resources estimate (the "2021 MRE", see press release dated June 23, 2021). The primary goal of this campaign was to convert mineral resources to a higher confidence category and enhance the interpretation and grade continuity of the mineralization, primarily in the upper section of the deposit. In total, 31,349 metres ("m") (91 holes) of infill drilling has been completed from surface since August 2022. The Company has received assays for 89 holes so far, including the holes disclosed in this release (see press releases dated November 15, 2022, December 12, 2022, March 27, 2023, and May 1, 2023, for previously released holes). To date, 1,619 samples are pending results.

Well more drill results. Good news is a couple decent hits. Bad news is these are previously drilled areas. Plus the best hits are only 50-70% of true width. Call it 60% on average. So that 8.2 meter hit is actually more like 4.5 meters. Other interesting news from thie release. They are scraping thru the plant to try and recover more gold. Which means the chance of a buyout near term is not in

Sidebet,  Yes, Silver Tiger reports it's drilling results in silver equivalent. WHich means they don't have just one metal but several. Including gold, lead, zinc, and copper. So yes, it's not just one metal. which I like and prefer when investing. This way your not locked into the price swings of just one metal. BTR completed its earn-in on the Duke property in July 2022 and became operator of the JV with a 70% interest.  It had 90 days as operator of the JV on Duke to prepare a formal budget and present it to OSK, which it did for a program for a few million $'s in November 2022.  OSK, doesn't think much of BTR

When the financing never came thru in the early part of Q2 as MAP had said I knew then the writing was on the wall.
