Factors buying BTR below 50 cents

I'm astounded I can buy this gem at these value levels. Do not let fear of the bids being hit or the offers being stacked motivate you. Let value be the determining factor. Click on my name and read some of my earlier posts as a start on the road to excellent returns.

Factor in the buyout coming and who cares about pennies, dimes, and quarters? That is small-fry small time.
I go for the dollars, I  will not miss out because the stock moves up or down 10 cents or 25 cents. Who cares in the larger scheme of things?

Buy BTR for under 50 cents while you can. Sleep well knowing you are positioned just in case an offer comes in out of the blue. Who knows?

Let's not value posters slamming BTR while claiming they have no interest in BTR from a financial perspective. The value is here, much as they are to counter every positive post put up. Do your investigations and get the offers as fast as you are capable of. You will compete with me as I buy the offer. It will not matter to me whether the bid is hit, the offer is tapped, or the day is flat
