To drive the point home

"India is expecting to double in online education sales from $20B to $40B by 2017."

The tools are already online and being used. BTRU simply wanys to insert themselves as a middle man. Why would the 20 billion  new business not simply get directed to the existing sales channels. BTRU is simply hopeing that they can steal a piece of the pie. The more DD I do the less I see this as a viable long term business model....

Henry Ford was copied too... BTRU has spent considerable time and effort at getting great contacts and with the major cash coming with pp at $3.00 U.S. BTRU will be a large player in a major growing space... so I am in...

financing is not complete. they are a new player in an existing market they have no contacts they have prmoises of financing they are letters of intent they have a dream sooo... where us the value? I am still waiting for an explanation.

Wow you are short... You just outlined the real value and what is in play with BTRU...

LOI's and prmises are far from real value.

'Far from real value' - if you are searching for 'real value' on the penny stock exchange then I would suggest you'll be searching for a while. People are investing into ground floor ideas with the belief that management can take strides forward to achieving the companies goals, raising the share price / valulation inturn.  I think I speak for the majority of the borad ...more

This is how business is done. usually through LOIs and Definitive Agreements.  The company wouldn't have spent 6 months on this relationship without thinking it would land the funds.  Hopefully this will come to an end with a private placement for the funds in a few short weeks.  The risk reward is excellent for a venture company.

I never said that this was not how business is done. What I said is that LOI's and promises are not tangible value. Until they sing a real deal it is all speculation. This stock is trading very high on speculation. It could go to 10 cents just as fast as it could go to $3. Not every venture stock is like going to a casino. to buy now you are paying a massive price for speculation.

Boy hump... Do your own dd... If you can not than you are correct, do not buy... You seem to have a lot of time on your hands holding a tin cup out...

urbani, i did my own research. that is how i reached my conclusion. You are making blanket statments with no support. If you can not explain why you think this stock is going higher then you have not done your research. You are nothing more than a gambler. If they get the $3 financing the stock might pop but long term, i dont see the potential. You have yet to explain what makes this comapany so ...more

Sir Hump, I have been in BTRU before the $3.00 U.S. PP was announced... had considerable potential then... that is almost as long as your stockhouse handle. So yes, lot's of dd done on BTRU for sure... however, I do not use these open forms to share much, I utilize the inbox a lot with serious investors... your blanet statements are also of no merit and yet you are still here... Now over my ...more

just like most of everything in venture markets...  you buy your ticket and take your chance after weighing the available information.   People discussing this information means they are interested in it.  So thats great.

Interested yes. However I have still not found a compelling reason too buy. With the venture exchange you have to pick and choose your deals. There are companies with better prospects than promises and dreams. I might gamble a few bucks here on hopes that they close a $3 financing. The price will surely move higher but long term I think this company is going no where.
