To drive the point home
"India is expecting to double in online education sales from $20B to $40B by 2017."
The tools are already online and being used. BTRU simply wanys to insert themselves as a middle man. Why would the 20 billion new business not simply get directed to the existing sales channels. BTRU is simply hopeing that they can steal a piece of the pie. The more DD I do the less I see this as a viable long term business model....

Henry Ford was copied too... BTRU has spent considerable time and effort at getting great contacts and with the major cash coming with pp at $3.00 U.S. BTRU will be a large player in a major growing space... so I am in...

LOI's and prmises are far from real value.

This is how business is done. usually through LOIs and Definitive Agreements. The company wouldn't have spent 6 months on this relationship without thinking it would land the funds. Hopefully this will come to an end with a private placement for the funds in a few short weeks. The risk reward is excellent for a venture company.

I never said that this was not how business is done. What I said is that LOI's and promises are not tangible value. Until they sing a real deal it is all speculation. This stock is trading very high on speculation. It could go to 10 cents just as fast as it could go to $3. Not every venture stock is like going to a casino. to buy now you are paying a massive price for speculation.

just like most of everything in venture markets... you buy your ticket and take your chance after weighing the available information. People discussing this information means they are interested in it. So thats great.

Interested yes. However I have still not found a compelling reason too buy. With the venture exchange you have to pick and choose your deals. There are companies with better prospects than promises and dreams. I might gamble a few bucks here on hopes that they close a $3 financing. The price will surely move higher but long term I think this company is going no where.
