It would not surprise me if a lawsuit was initiated. Pinnacle Digest did a promotion on this company earlier this year.

I dont see any valid reason for anyone to give this company 3 bucks US a share when they are trading at 40 cents. The company better seriously consider finding alternative financing soon because the big one ain't coming.
