Realize that this is not a money transaction. It is advertising credits for shares. Like most print newspapers, their revenues are falling through the floorboards so with this arrangement they can book ad sales paid for with shares, which makes it look good for their print newspaper. because he is not allowed...here is a little education for you- companies are not allowed to participate in discussion boards (including ceo which Brad did contribute to). Officers have to sign a declaration to the exchange that they dont use the boards nor pay others to do so (something btru clearly does). Why? so companies dont pump their stock. i can only imagine that you are going to pursue a small claims court which i doubt wont be equipt to deal with securities law. and if you are planning a bigger law suit you are talking minimum $50K in costs and when you see that the company has no $$....how would you collect? best you can do is short them (if you can find enough sucker of buyers).
