Fraud

That is what it appears to have been to me. Empty promises, published with zero accountability. The company appears to have been anothing more than a front for conning people out of money. Just my opinion...

Agreed. No one became rich over this. It's just been a horrible deal in the making, mind you, the deal is not officially dead either. 5 other companies are also waiting for their investment.

One has to understand how the multimiilion dollar advertising credits that where booked against inflated share prices worked. The way teh advertising credits were protrayed was walking the line on fraud as well. It was misrepresented. Moreover, we have no proof that the advertising was completed because it has certainly not given results. Perhaps the value was inflated 100 fold for appearences. Who knows. I trust nothing that this company has to say. If they told the truth and these deals were all real then the company ...more

Just because the perpetrator was too stupid to profit does not mean that it was not fraud. Intent to profit is sufficient. This should be investigated. How many shares did his friends and family sell at the high on what appears to have been fake news.  Proving intent would be the problem. In my opinion, this was fraud. Unless it is proven, who knows. Sadly these junior are full of BS ...more
