Was looking at the company that this board is supposedly all about and found this on their website...
DNTW Toronto LLP ("DNTW") and betterU have been working diligently to complete its audit for Fiscal Year-End March 31^st 2020 and associated filing. The filing has been delayed due to challenges in obtaining third-party confirmations. The Company and DNTW continued to follow up regularly to close out the audit procedures. We expect to complete the audit in the very near term but not by October 31, 2020.

Im way too stupid to give any opinion on what they say in this quote..and too drunk..and too full of ice cream..anyone wanna tell the board here what this guy named brad means when he put this on his website?
