The Nighthawk property is prospective for near-surface, open-pit heap-leach-recoverable oxide gold mineralization hosted by geochemically anomalous, argillic-altered welded Miocene tuffs. Its subsidiaries include Trans Superior Resources, Inc. and Voyageur Lands Corporation.
