AI target identification has worked in other districts and other projects. If they want a new set of eyes and thoughts on the property this is one way to go and there is no shame in looking for help. Having said that it does suggest that they have realized that they did not have clear direction. 35 targets sounds like a lot and may be too many to provide a clear direction, this would depend on how ...more
