Low volume could be seen as tight lips, no leaks or possibly re-financing behind schedule as some have indicated that it always takes longer than originally planned. If I were a lender I would like the idea of two companies being involved here. Spreads out the risk. That combined with proven resources allows me to remain very optimistic that news will be good even if behind schedule
