With all of the execs resigning - don't you think we'd see some insider shares being sold?

If refi was in the works just pending the permit approval we would have heard something by now.  Not good IMO.

There is still a possible appeal thru the courts - nothing is final yet...

Well, given how slow that process moves, BUK is pretty much toast.  They don't have the luxury of time.  I'm guessing they are working on filing BK papers........can't win ever time I guess...on to the next one....

Ya, I think BUK is a done deal, time to get over it....Blame goes to backward facing IDAHO people and the former CEO Ed Davis.....
