It's not frontrunning.  It's an option grant, well out of the money.  The stock will need to get a lot higher than 50 cents for those dodes to make any money.  This is really one of the few ways insides can make money, usually in a buyout.  Retail investors scream if insiders transact the stock.  What they don't know is, most execs of junior companies make ...more
