BWCG Makes Moves to Merge w/ TML (News Summary & DD)

Gold junior, BWCG.v, has proposed a merger with TML to enhance their financial & operational strengths, combining TML's Goliath Gold Project (Estimated NPV = $493M) & BWCG's Niblack Project  (Indicated MRE = 5.85M tonnes @ 0.94% Copper, 1.83 g/t Gold, 1.73% Zinc & 29 g/t Silver).
