Gold jr BWCG.v has proposed a merger with TML.v to form a stronger, growth-oriented entity amid a favorable precious metals market.

TML's flagship is estimated to contain over 2.1Moz of gold while BWCG's is estimated to contain over 5.3MT grading 1.88 g/t gold, 30 g/t silver, 0.92% copper & 1.72% zinc.
