Shorter cutting expecting a rise in SP?

Could it be a possibilty that a shorter expects a rise in the SP?

Therefore they unloaded the 900K shares before this thing goes to double digit cents or as it was previously mentioned in the dollar range?

I wish I could share your optimism. This thing has been down for soooo long. Maybe they have something cooking i sure hope so as I have a bunch of shares from the .07 days.. So i'm thinkin it will be tax loss good luck to all..

Yea. Just reading on their sister company and the moves they have been making in regards to internet connection in rural areas. Having someone like Vern on the RVR board isn't a small feat either.
