This could be somewhat of a reach but in order to provide adequate broadband access to Rural America 3 components are needed:
1. The stations TV White Space (ARK Multicast)
2. Fixed Wireless Solutoins (Rift Valley)
3. Satellite Coverage (BXR via the GSIL partnership)
ARK Multicast announcced a partnership with Microsoft which may tie into all the areas mentioned above.
