The Beginning of the End?
What is going on sort of reminds me of Quebec some years ago When they banned Fracking. All these juniors has spent 100's of millions of dollars in fully permitted exploration drilling suddenly Quebec changed the rules and puts a moratorium on Fracking wiping most of them out....
