This is actually getting crazy.. the EPS also slowly starting to normalize around 0.015$-0.02$ per share with all the interest income/income from their properties.  Q4 even better than Q3.  The company doesn't even have to sustain their current results at this valuation, if you cut the eps in half this is still great. Huge steal!
