The reverse split was inevitable. The unknown was always the 'when' and not the 'if'. But since the SP has tanked over the last couple of weeks (on high volumes), news about the timing of this roll back was obviously leaked.

Oh, and the company will also be changing its name if the consolidation goes through. Wonder what that's all about........... So, my 100K position will shrink to 5K post rollback. That's awesome. Thanks, Negar! you're awesome!

i am not sure iff we can call a couple of mil shares changing hands hi volume [when there is 140 mil shares out there ]someone or institute own a huge chunk of those shares [they stand to improve their position with their nr and rollback plan's ]unless it's a numbered company that needs a tax write off .

Rollback's tend to be the second last step before the light's go out altogether....I can't believe I had a chance to dump this at .20 and didn't..no point in selling now..Got a call a few day's ago from the same group pumping HAO.I missed the call, but I have a feeling it would have been a very short and un-pleasent conversation...

I would consider a couple million shares 'high volume' when compared to zero shares........

I suppose if there's a silver lining, it's that we don't have much further to fall before it hits rock bottom.
