according to the filing  of intention's yesterday on sedar 29th they were mailing out the plan to the shareholders

td: JUST A TAD TOO LATE! The company should have notified shareholders weeks ago. Instead they plan to mail it out right in the middle of the Christmas mail rush. I bet a lot of people will get the package long after the 20th. GRIFF
