One of my original concerns was if Atac delayed doing any further investments in Rackla were they liable to lose their permit to operate there.
I noticed in the Reason for Decision Document, section, Consideration of Environmental and Socio-Economic Effects, in the last paragraph,it states that "only three full exploration seasons remain on the current ming land use approval, (expiry date August 13, 2024).
Does Atac loose it rights to Rackla in 2024? I would be surprised if this is so, but the way it is written raises questions.

Barrington Think owning a property and building a house!  Just because you own a property does not mean you can build a house on it!  You need a permit or licence!  So if I was a betting man ATAC does not loose rights to the property but their license to explore expires!  So they would have to re-apply for a license to continue exploration!  None of this has anything to do ...more
