Wow, management has done

a stellar job here, the stock price reflects that over the past 5 years.

Are they serious? 

And they want shareholders to listen to them and trust them with that track record.

They don't deserve jobs, period.

If you're so giddy about the opportunity to sell at 12 cents CAD (the VIctoria offer) you are only a couple of cents away from that price right now.  Go ahead and put in sell orders to liquidate at 12 cents. If anyone should be complaining it might be me.  I had buy orders in below 5 cents USD and that might now happen now.  Oh well, market timing is what it is, no?
