Basic question

Quick question... and maybe a basic one....

If the Hecla deal goes through, it states they will acquire all Atac shares at $0.14 and the spinco is a seperate deal. Is the assumption that Atac will cease to exist and new shares would then be developed for the Spinco? Example, if you have 100,000 shares of Atac at $14,000 valuation would then transfer automatically into Hecla shares, i.e $5.02 last day close so 2,788 shares of Hecla?

Thanks all, long time holder.....

Pursuant to the LOI, Hecla intends to make a C$2.0 million strategic ...more
