You get Hecla share estimated value at the time of the deal .14! Plus Spin Co valed at 8.1 million or just under .04 a share. Total value just under .18 a share. So it is still trading at a health discount to the deal

This is definetly a buy here (imo). Both offers stink! Hecla is really only offering approx $.12 in Hecla stock and spinco when you consider that they are getting approx $4.5 million ($.02/ATC share) and then Hecla will invest $2 million in spinco, which is actually ATC's money.
