Its Retail segment is involved in the sale of cannabis and cannabis related products to end consumers on premise owned and operated by the Company. Its Extract segment provides cannabinoid extraction services for the Company and also to other licensed producers. The Company’s subsidiaries include Stigma Pharmaceuticals Inc., 1998643 Alberta Ltd., Full Spectrum Labs Ltd., 2103157 Alberta Ltd., and Goldstream Cannabis Inc.
