.....terrible news.....so what now?......he was the largest shareholder in Cub if I'm not mistaken.....wind up coming?...

Very tragic news. But the company keeps its cash and assets (with high gas prices of Q1 2019 now) and the RK field going into production.   The shares may later be sold to (multiple) investing companies is my thought. Or a bigger takeover. But operations (company having assets) will continue even after this sad news.
