So we have the following assets......

$9.7 million US mostly cash

At least $10 million for Syaniskve 

And between $17 million US to $29.5 million for RK.

That is, minimum of  $36.7 million US ( $47 million in CAD = ( $0.14 per share )


......up top $49 million US ( = $62 million CAD = $0.19 cad per share ).

This is the best that I can do currently.

Some have difficulty converting gas measured in cu ft to barrels of oil equivalent ( BOE ). As an example, Stanivske Field was assessed at 73.1 Billion cu ft of 3P gas in 2012  and 13.4 Billion cu fit in Proved plus Probable. The former converts to 12.6 million barrels of oil equivalent and the latter ( Proved plus Probable ) converts to 2.3 million barrels of oil equivalent .. Staniskve
