No Force Majuere by NAFTA International
Slovakian Energy Company bought the remaining 50% of Kubs Uzhgorod gas property in 2022. That property is adjacent to the RK field, just across the border from Slovakia. NAFTA has three other projects in Ukraine, two of which are in Eastern Ukraine but has not declared Force Majeure on any of these projectssee presentation below .
