I have another investment which announced definitive agreement to sell its major asset on June 6/22.
On June 10, it announced the date of its Special Meeting of shareholders to approve the sale, with a record date of July 6/22 and AGM date of August 13.
Subsequently, if the sale is approved , we will get the cash plus spin out.
I note that there has been no announcement of the AGM meeting date yet.
This suggests that perhaps Kub will be acquiring a new venture which has yet to be announced but might be announced at some point before the close of the asset sale, subsequent to which both material events will be approved at a Special AGM.
If this route is chosen, we will be worth significantly more than the pure cash value.....a move that I would much prefer ..
