well, seems like all is not well at MMB or Boleo for that matter. MMB has refused to pay CAV a legal obligation of $300 k and Tom is all fired up and is taking the matter to court in Mexico - wow- that should work out well ....Wonder if they have a small claims court ???? Tom could learn to speak Spanish and fight for the principal of fairness cheered on by all the shareholders that CAV has skruud over the years.
