Clear Blue Technologies (TSXV: CBLU) is further securing its place as a leader in the off-grid power solutions industry. On March 1, the company announced it has entered into an MOU with iSAT Africa to become its preferred partner for smart, off-grid solar power solutions.
The MOU calls for CBLU to provide a minimum of 300 off-grid, remote power systems for satellite and cell phone services in 4 African countries. The total purchase value for this order is worth an initial amount of C$2 million.
“Clear Blue Technologies is the market leader in providing smart, reliable, off-grid power for mission-critical telecom infrastructure,” said Rakesh Kukreja, founder and Managing Director of iSAT Africa. This shows me that $CBLU.v’s name is really starting to mean something in the industry, and the company is gaining notoriety quickly.
Shares of $CBLU.v are currently trading below the 50MA, at $.22. Given this news, I expect to see a test of the 50MA soon, and potentially a retest of resistance at $.315. $CBLU.v is valued at an MCAP of $14.73 million.
