At current price I think CBLU CBLU.v is flying under a lot of radars. With the increasing number of mobile subscribers, soaring demand for high-speed data connectivity, and the growing demand for value-added managed services the global telecom market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 5.4% till 2028.

Most recent news saw them complete a study evaluating their Smart Off-Grid power technology which found that telecom sites powered by CBLU can deliver higher service levels at a 40% lower capital cost versus non-smart, solar off-grid power systems.

CEO mentioned that sustainable and ultra-low-cost power systems are the critical success factors in bringing wider telecom services to emerging markets and with CBLU at or near their bottom, it looks like a solid entry point.
