Private placement closed .075

Not new, but haven't seen it posted. PP closed at an outstanding price considering the future value of CCB. PPs don't close unless investors see value in the company, and Canada Carbon has a LOT of value. It's worth remembering that when CCB says it has the purest graphite in the world, it's not hyperbole like it is for many other graphite producers. They have THE purest graphite ON THE PLANET.

(It's also worth noting that, as many of you know, CCB has the MOST PATIENT and LONG-SUFFERING shareholders ON THE PLANET :P  Sigh. Our day will come.)

"“As Canada Carbon embarks on an effort to expand the number of applications for which its graphite is qualified, the proceeds of this offering will allow the company to complete the requisite product qualification and metallurgical testing activity. Canada Carbon is poised to deliver exceptional value to shareholders as we demonstrate the full potential of the company’s efforts to bring the Miller and Asbury graphite deposits into production.”, said Ellerton Castor, Chief Executive Officer."

Correct but it seems like Alex cares more about a nominal number of trees vs dozens of new jobs, improvements in local economy/infrastructure, provincail revenue oh and I forgot, reducing millions of tons of pollution from our air since SMRs will replace diesel generators. But hey, Alex is super stoked that those maple sugar bushes hes trying to save will give more people better tasting pancakes ...more

Why is the share price down? Someone is getting rid of their shares.  Why the volume? Its the smart investors that are picking it up.  These investors believe in the unique material within Miller and demand for that type of graphite has been heating up.  So basically, the investors that are picking it up believe in helping save the environment and humanity which sort of trumps ...more

CCB is not going away and it won't be long now that the tide will turn and those who are buying shares now will be greatly rewarded. Just a little more patience.

No chance CCB will be denied CPTAQ and BAPE will most likely be skipped.  MERN review will be this year and we are good to go.

Hey SmashedAlex, ever think of getting a hobby? Maybe stamp collecting or watercolour painting? Meditation can also calm an obsessive mind filled with delusions and conspiracy. You should try it out.

Good to hear Alex.  Did you know you can still do that when a CCB opens up their mine?  Let it sink in for a moment.

That is why you consider yourself a hillbilly Alex.  There's a difference between exploring and taking the land and btw, the Miller mine accounts for no more than .0002% of the total hiking area.
