I'd think this is good news, on the heels of GSLR's lawyer approved letter to CPTAQ outlining they can't argue the application based on section 246 of the Mining Act. While the federal government is not in charge of CPTAQ and MRFN(MERN), I wouldn't be surprised if there is political pressure from higher up to cut out any stalling. Things may start to move faster than they have

Good news this week. Nice to see some upward movement.  How long can we expect to  take for CCB to get a mining permit. Now that would be something to scare the shorts..
