they are trying to get a piece of their claim back that was mixed up with paper work by the lawyer. Till that happens then nothing is basically happening. No idea when this could happen but when it does there will be a news release.
What is confusing is there is always anywhere from 3 to 6 million shares wanted which flucuates daily with about a million shares for sale yet no one ever decides to pull the plug an buy those shares on the ask side.

They were notified by Golden Minerals on that isse a few weeks ago as it's posted on the CCD website as well.  Results from GM drilling should be coming out soon according to the IR person at GM I taled to about 3 weeks ago.

You wanted volume. Today you got it, 575,000 hit the bid. I think the bid offer is mostly smoke and mirrors with the same players on both sides providing a floor and a lid on the share price. For what reasons we will never know. To buy more cheap shares when they already own the majority, doutful. An excuse to roll the shares back 100:1, probably. No insult to anybody, truly. I really do appreciate anybody who can reach out to the company and tries to get answers. But isn't it always the same? We have to wait through some further shenanigans until something happens and then years go by and nothing happens.  I truly hope like everybody that GM drills through 100 m of solid gold followed by another 100 m of solid platinum.
