Something just does not sound or look right

 The junior mining market is on its knees in regards to any upwards momentum and has been for years. So the question is why? Perhaps Golden and Cascarero  are just two of thousands that are in the same boat. But again why?  Let's not mince words and call it the way it is because both Golden and Cascadero are typical of what has been going on for way too long. Golden Minerals just shafted all their existing shareholders by doing a 25 old for 1 new share roll back then diluting what shares anyone had left with a below market financing. Most of the money will go towards keeping the c-suits income flowing, not in the ground. As a shareholder if you felt you had been had before the roll back you must feel doubly screwed now. This is the norm they could argue, and they are right. That is why nobody is interested in these penny dreadfuls. Both Golden and Cascadero are very good at this concept and putting into action. 

 

Then there is this cryptic infomercial about maybe pie in the sky 1 million ounces of gold near surface on a joint property owned by Golden and Cascadero and an insider (33%). Sounds good, even fantastic so why would Golden even spend one more penny without buying out or taking over CCD? We are only half a cent so they could offer a 100% premium and have it all with hardly any dilution to Golden! I mean this would be really easy and cheap if there really is that kind of potential, would you not think!

Yes T4C, good points you make. Mother Nature is not exactly a generous mom when it comes to economic deposits so CEOs need to spread their Hopium to investors to keep the lights on and keep their salaries humming along. I suppose I don't blame them since that's how this risky business operates. There was metaphorical wisdom though in that comic strip Peanuts where every fall this would be

Not all juniors,  either exploration or mining are in a downtrend,  depends on what you are holding.  The sector as a whole sure is but anybody who is paying attention knows that. And when they are down the right projects are when you should be buying.  Obviously  both of you spent too much of your lunch money on CCD.  You had ample opportunity to buy it at .02

Dearest RE, you might be surprised to learn that I do appreciate your informational posting.
