Canadian Critical Minerals Inc > COBALT = HANGWALL + FOOTWALL + SURFACE
View:

COBALT = HANGWALL + FOOTWALL + SURFACE

Something of interest -
When the samples were taken in 2018 they were taken from the hangwall + footwall.
In mining terms -  these two walls can refer to,
- ore body
- mine workings
- wall rock above or beneith a fault.

As part of its due diligence on the acquisition of Purcell Basin Minerals in June 2018 Braveheart collected chip samples from the walls of the underground workings in areas where cobaltite was visibly present

We can read, chipped from walls.  ( 2019 press )

Cureent press ( 2021 Aug ) reads as, hangwall + footwall.
Cobalt - visably apparent in underground workings ?

Sounds  like a cobalt mine, rather than a copper...lol

Braveheart chipped a 9 kg sample of rock, and the cobalt assayed @
= .05% cobalt.

Now if we also factor in, 2015 ALS  results from a 25 kg sample ,
what was found ?

- samples were from underground and surface.
- what ?
- surface samples - but from where ?

- 25 kg sample from SURFACE + UNDERGROUND resulted in
=  indicated Cu concentrate cobalt recovery of 906 g/t + 964 g/t in the surface + underground

That's a helluva lot of cobalt from just - 25 kg sample.
Two reportings one from surface and one from underground.

Also mentions ,
with in a copper concentrate.
Keep this in mind.

2019  Press -
https://braveheartresources.com/news/braveheart-resources-inc-evaluating-potential-for-cobaltite-recovery-at-newly-acquired-gallowai-bul-river-mine/

2019 - stockpile was checked for cobalt.
= ,02%  cobalt was reported.

Fast forward to 2021 Aug press -
4 drilled holes inside of mine - veined -
Cobalt grade ranged from 0.015 per cent to 0.033 per cent.

The cobalt found in these drills were obviously taken from targeted copper veins
What about outside the veined material ?

Why wouldn't Braveheart ...
also assay all the core lengths for cobalt and other minerals in latest drills ?

2019 - MORE TESTS PERFORMED
Secondary flotation testing produced a cleaner concentrate with a recovery of 74.2 per cent cobalt at a grade of 0.37 per cent Co.

This study demonstrated that cobalt can be recovered to a pyrite concentrate but further testing is required to achieve a product with sufficiently high cobalt content to forward to cobalt extraction and purification.

NOW TO COMMENT ON THE PYRITE CONCENTRATE ?
Is this smart or, would entertaining the first cobalt extraction tests be better whereas
the cobalt was reporting to the tailings ?

I would rather see the cobalt report to the tailings, then a second flotartion cuircut pulling the cobalt and - perhaps other minerals out - higher profits = than slippingCo in a 25% Cu con.

If anyone had thier sharp pencils out - while reading the KUTCHO COPPER report,
They'd have noticed that Kutcho had payables of full metals prices with a smll fee for refining.
Suggesting - Kutcho retained ful lownership of the metal credits while at the refiners.
Big difference than selling a copper concentrate with an unknown of what Ocean and BH ironed out.

SUM  IT UP ?
Cobalt on mine walls, fott and hang walls,
Cobalt in surface tests. ( WHERE ? )  was this the pits - helo hello ?
Cobalt in stockpiled ores.
Cobalt in recent drill cores. ( only select sections of cores were tested )
Cobalt found in soil tests north of bull mine.

Cobalt extraction originally reported to tailings = all good = separate from 25% contract.
Why woud the junior want the cobalt with in a copper concentrate ?
UGH...

I wish the junior would hop to - spill more details about the cobalt.
Already... there's a mystery building around this, cobalt.
no rock pics from samples inside of mine.
no specific as to where the surface rock was taken.
we do know about the stockpiled ores having cobalt + recent drills.

How hardis it to show us pics and cores and the entire cores from the recent drills ?
How hard is it to test former cores ?
How hard is ti to show us a video of the mine walls with cobalt ?
Would it reveal - cobalt residing in host rock outside veining - lol

I'm beginning to think this cobalt hasa far greater story than meets the eye, with a premature contract that may only include - copper, gold, silver -but don't foget, there's a 75% waste ore that would involve the 25% copper con...

Revise the contract and work it like Kutcho whereas, junior retains ownership of minerals while refining - please + thank you.

I'll shut up about the cobalt,  for now... wink.
But it is good to review every aspect of this, i've learned cobalt has shown itself
several times and analysing the wording of each press or report, can ceretainly bring
clarity to the subject of,cobalt.

I find it quite odd that moose mtn did not assay the cores for the 2019 resource estimate.
After the junior knew about the cobalt in 2018.

Tracey, was the one who was assigned the resource estimate section 13 - yet... I'm not seeing Tracy's pic on moose's website ?

Would it not be a half a-ssresource report if the report relyed on former data carried forward, and should all the cores been re - assayed for cobalt  and  other minerals ?
Of course.

If i recall, moose was assigned a lithium resource estimate, few years back, won;'t get into it, but what a shhh show... muffing up the size of the resource - maiden resource.
The LCE resource was far larger than they reported.  By the time the revision was made - it was too late - stock went nowhere.

And, i also remember a gold stock which they were assigned to assemble a resource.
Again... i won't get into that story,,, but... OMG.

Wango~
I tihnk i've seen enough of juniors...
ugh.
