I am very happy this has come about .  I had asked the company some time ago to pursue this course and in all fairness to Ian , they may well have been doing this all along . They are not in a position to tell us . In Canada these matters are not easy . Because of past treatment of 1st Nations they trust nobody . So this is how it works . Yes. Given the understandable trust issues, this news is really big. I am surprised that the news was not given more credit to the share price, but its a big step and nothing to stop Bull River now and then funding Thierry wih very little to no stock dilution. Very good news. RD
