it`s a shame you can`t sue the gavernment and their employees for ruining your business by dragging their feet . This should have been a slam dunk .  You can sue them but they fight you with a never ending supply of tax payer money .

Agreed, I wonder what the timeframe is? Good news is that Copper is up to $3.83. Strong  last few days. New high for a while. Longer we wait the more the resource is worth. I believe we can sell the ore pile anyway and net some good revenue from it. Probably close to the present market cap. Hopefully some news on that soon anyway. RD
