New JV maybe coming

I suspect potential JV partner executives taking up a position under the radar.  Would not be the first time the ones in the know took advantage.

Nearly 2.7 million shares exchanged in one fell swoop at 30 cents. It would seem more likely that either Chuck picked up more from another insider leaving, or someone did a switch between funds. If Chuck invited in a JV, he would have to sell them his shares at a loss at $.30. I'm not sure he would be up for that.
