Shorts have gone up by almost 150,000.

Nominally it means nothing as the dollar is so small. However, it might be the stock being held down for the next round of flow through "tax shelter" and non FT financing. There is a big working capital shortfall and a deficit hole that needed to be plugged.  Management has to either keep on drilling endlessly or do a PEA.
