What is up with the volume over 200000 shares traded in the last 10 minutes of the trading day. Who are these people? Does anybody know?

In the last 1/2 hour of trading, anonymous purchase 300,000 plus shares. It is ridiculous that the TSX allows this type of trading to go on. If the house that makes the trade is recognized, the actual buyer is not exposed. So what is the big deal. Shareholders in a public company should be out in the public domain. Why the secrecy
