Contrary Buy Indicator

Chuck owned a total of 578k common shares following the 1-new-for-10-old reverse splits in June 2018. Upon closing of recent announcement on $1 million placement, he will hold aggregatel some 34 million shares. Chuck directly or indirectly through his holding co. has bought 28 million shares through private placements and open market purchases dating from the period 2018 to now.

However, the stock had fallen from the 2019 high of $7 to the current all-time low of $0.13, notwithstanding Chuck's buying and not selling. Shareholders who blindly follow "I Believe in Fipke" are sad losers. Keep pouring good money after bad is not an intelligent choice.
