Why you will go broke!!

You will lose all your money averaging down on a losing stock that keeps hitting all-time low.

There is a 99% chance for approval of an access road to North Rackla. Assuming there is 1% chance, there is a zero chance an open-pit mine and a dam like the Faro Mine would be approved to process the zinc or copper concentrates.
