Chuck has stated unequivocally that the minerals discovered so far at North Rackla is not economically recoverable. Anything to the contrary that he puts out would be a misrepresentation, a damned lie and a deception in the eyes of law to promote the stock.

The purpose of National Instrument 43-101 is to ensure that misleading, erroneous or fraudulent information relating to mineral properties is not published and promoted to investors on Canadian stock exchanges.
