Well we have no choice but to believe that Chuck has integrity and wants his foundations, legacy, family, friends, long time shareholders to be prosperous, after all he did say he was going to make some millionaires.  Either you believe him or not, it's just that simple. But...I should point out that they must have been very close to making a deal happen in the past for them to make the comments they did at the last AGM and them fully expecting a J.V. Deal by next AGM (2025). Perhaps the amount offered wasn't enough or maybe the interested party wanted to see the
